I don't visit Panera more often due to their menu prices. When I visit, I typically get their Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich with soup. I have tried their broth bowls and smoothies. Food is consistently well-prepared, but lacks value for my dollar. I recommend to sign up for their rewards program. They upload deals and birthday freebies to your account.

I'm going to go out on a limb and assume you have at least heard of Panera Bread for you. This Panera Bread is the same as most. The service is generally fast, the floors are clean, and they leave you alone (which is a nice thing). This Panera has ample booths with plugs for your electronics. It is better in this category than many of the other area Paneras. As long as you buy something (which you should - I do not advocate of using "free wifi" and not supporting the business you are in), they do not give you a hard time even if you are there for a few hours.

Frankly I don't get it. For me this is basically hipster cafeteria food that is over priced. I have never once gone here and felt like I had gotten my money's worth. Only reason we keep going is my daughter and granddaughter like it.

loves the bagels. Will stop and get several for breakfast and late-night snacking

Its a good Panera, but there is ALWAYS something wrong with our food. Ask for no onions....and we get onions, ask for honey wheat ...and we get sour dough. Another pet peeve is why when you get a bagel to go with butter is the butter super frozen and impossible to spread......But that is consistent with all PB's

Similar to many other Panera Bread locations, though this one is slightly more basic interior wise. Other than the lack of special leather armchairs or maybe a fireplace (Inner Harbor location) this location is fast efficient and accurate and clean. 4 stars.

I'm a big Panera fan however for some reason, service was slow tonight. Even though it wasn't busy or crowded, I waited 10 minutes for my meal. I will come back.

Horrible place, manager was very rude, I wish I got his name. Not sure if it was my skin color but they were not even interested in helping. Will never go there again.

This place is very loud if your going to do work or study bring headphones or go to the Starbucks across the street. Parking here can also be a bit of a pain.

I normally drive out if my way to the Panera in Hanover, but I was in a hurry so I stopped here. As soon as I got my salad I quickly regretted it. The salad here never seems fresh and in fact often seems like it was frozen. The lettuce is often wilted and turning black while some appears water logged.

The cashier serving me looked as if she had just rolled out of bed. Her face was smeared with mascara, she was wearing a hoodie at least twice her size, with the dirty , holey, sleeves sloppily hanging off her hands. Now, I do not care whether you're working the register at a sandwich chain or you're serving tea to the president, but you damned well put yourself together for a job. Looking like you just hit the bong at your boyfriend's mom's house is not proper attire for an eating establishment. Other than that, I have no complaints about Panera food or drink. I can always rely on something fast and filling, but I do expect some decency.

My go to place when I'm meeting up for a study session or when there is a blackout. I can always go to charge my phone there. Great sandwiches , quick service.

I came to this Panera to study for a few hours. I was sitting by a table of loud-talkers so I relocated. An older employee there working as a table busser followed me around the restaurant and asked me twice rudely to clear off my table, to which I finally replied "I don't work here." He told me "No service then." I then replied back with "That's fine, I already ate." I realize that it may be standard procedure for customers to clear off their own tables at Panera Bread. However, it is never right for a business to shout orders at their customers. Ever. Not in America. I am a Panera fanatic, I have visited many Panera bread locations. I love their food and their espresso beverages and love that they offer free wi-fi. I just can't stand bad customer service. My rating will stay 1-star until their employees treat their customers with a little bit more dignity.

This Panera is honestly one of the worst around. The Pasadena location is MUCH better. The staff at this one has always been the pits. It seems that only gets worse with each passing year. The young lady ringing up my order couldn't even speak properly and I couldn't understand her. She was apparently more concerned with the other girl behind the counter she was talking to. The "manager" some person named Ashley, seemed totally clueless. She looked like some over medicated zombie. I told her the tables were filthy (which they were) and she came out and wiped off one or two. They really need to do something about the lack of service here or just close this location.

Little known fact of Panera Bread is that they really make good, fresh pastries. Thinking healthy, I have my thoughts on PB for Apple fuji salad that is my absolute favorite when it comes to salad. Seating outside is available especially for your pooch who wants to tag around at the sight and smell of food. If you want to be a regular, sign up for frequent eater club.

I love going to Panera Bread. I just had it today, as it had been a long time and my mom supplied me with a gift card, I happily used. This place has some of the most delicious sandwiches. I do believe, though, that their broccoli cheese soup is the same stuff that they use over at quiznos. Not that I am against that. They give you a generous portions. I always love getting the apples too. Its nice that they list their main nutritional facts on the menu boards. This particular panera can get quite busy so if you can, have your order ready before you get up to the counter. Makes things a lot easier and less hectic.

Clean, excellent service, and the food is always good. Best hazelnut coffee around! I eat here all the time because the food is fresh and I have never had a bad meal here... not once!

Outstanding All Around! We went in during the standard lunch time and expected that the line we encountered would take forever. We were pleasantly surprised and then very impressed. The line was approximately 20 people deep at any one time yet only took a total of 7 minutes from the door to waiting for the food. The staff was excellent in every way, from the order counter(polite, attentive, and accurate), the pick-up counter (additional staff member assisting with number calling and even helping carry orders to your table and another member quickly took that members place), to the dinning room staff who not only quickly cleaned tables but as much as they could assisted with clearing. The food was as always, fresh, tasty, and quickly prepared.

I fell in love with Panera Bread since my first experience back in '02 in Ohio. I've been using this location in GB since they opened because they' ve always maintained a friendly helpful staff, the restrooms are always clean and a convenient location with ample parking. Food is always fresh and the prices are fair.
